This vintage, distressed-style design features the giant prehistoric dragonfly Meganeura, one of the largest insects to ever fly during the Carboniferous period over 300 million years ago. The retro natural history artwork shows the massive winged predator in golden tones against a rich teal background, capturing the primeval swamps and oxygen-rich atmosphere that allowed these insects to grow to extraordinary sizes. Made from 100% ring-spun cotton (high-quality cotton) with a soft, sensory-friendly feel. Every order funds kelp restoration on the Pacific Northwest coast.
