When will I get my order?

We proudly offer worldwide shipping via DHL, USPS, and other prestigious firms! Please note order processing time is typically 5-7 business days.
Once your order has shipped, the estimated delivery time is between 5 and 15 business days for domestic and 7-21 business days for international orders. Please check specific delivery and processing time at product checkout.

Please note: Your order may split into multiple shipments. If this occurs, you will be notified and receive a tracking number for each separate shipment.

Can I add or remove products from my order?

To ensure your order arrives on time, we generally begin processing an order as soon as it is placed. As a result please make any changes to your order in 24hrs after order placed. See our Cancellation & Modification Policy for more detail.

Where can I find my order number?

Your order number can be found at the top of your confirmation email. Please check your inbox, including your spam folder, for your confirmation email. If you still cannot locate your confirmation email, please email us at support@aeticon.com for the detail.
