This retro, vintage-style natural history tee features a beautifully illustrated prehistoric lobe-finned fish—an ancient ancestor of tetrapods—paired with the bold phrase “Respect the Ancestor.” Inspired by life from the Devonian Period, the design uses a distressed teal-blue print on a light background, giving it a classic scientific illustration feel reminiscent of old museum field guides. It’s a tribute to the evolutionary pioneers that helped life move from water to land. Made from 100% ring-spun cotton (high-quality cotton) with a soft, sensory-friendly feel. Every order funds kelp restoration on the Pacific Northwest coast.
