FLYING THINGS OF WEST TEXAS, drawn to scale as a field-guide size chart: a great blue heron and a northern mockingbird stand on the same ground line as Quetzalcoatlus northropi, towering over them on all fours. Quetzalcoatlus really lived in West Texas, in the Big Bend region 68 to 66 million years ago, and was one of the largest animals ever to fly. Bonus fact: the birds are the only dinosaurs here, since pterosaurs were not dinosaurs. Navy ink on Sand, White, Military Green or Tropical Blue. Made from lightweight 100% ring-spun cotton with a soft, sensory-friendly feel. Every order funds kelp restoration on the Pacific Northwest coast.
