Shipping Policy

1. Estimate Time Of Arrival

We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, except for holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

To estimate when you can expect your order, please refer to the time frame below. It includes our most popular products and the following periods:

  • Production time: this is when your order waits in the production queue until it is produced. Our production timeline may shift daily depending on the overall order volume.
  • Shipping time: the time the package is handed over to the shipping carrier until it arrives at the buyer's address.

NOTE

* In peak season, your parcel may arrive later than expected delivery. We're so sorry for this inconvenience and hope for your understanding.

* The above time frame is only applied for orders in the US with the standard shipping method.

* If your order needs detailed modifications, it may take a few days for our designers to make customization, design time will depend on the complexity of the request. Please kindly add this amount of time to the “Production time”

 

2. Shipping Fee

US orders:

  • The Economy Shipping fee is $6.95, free for all orders over $80. 
  • The Express Shipping fee is $29.95 for almost all orders. 

International orders:

  • The estimated shipping fee for international orders is $6.95 to $49.95 depending on the product and destination country.
  • Specific shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at Checkout.

 

3. Track Order

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your order up all the way home! Please allow 3-5 business days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

In case you attempt to track your package but there is no information available, it just means that the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. Tracking events will populate on the tracking page when the parcel is scanned into the system.

You can contact us to ask for more tracking information on your shipment.

NOTE

The tractor page updates in real-time as the status of the shipment changes. Possible statuses are:

* Confirmed - A shipping label was created, but the package has not been shipped or fulfilled yet.

* On its way - The package was marked as fulfilled or partially fulfilled, and the shipment is in transit.

* Out for delivery - The shipment arrived in your area and will be delivered to you soon.

* Delivered - The package was marked as delivered by the carrier.

* Attempted delivery - The carrier attempted to deliver the package to the destination address but was unsuccessful.

 

4. Change the Shipping Address

We are only able to change your order's shipping address if the order has not yet been sent for shipment. 

To change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible when you want to change the shipping address.

NOTE

We also cannot change your shipping address from a domestic US location to an International address, and vice versa.

 

5. Report Delivery Issue

If it is over your estimated arrival date or there is any shipping issue with your order, a request needs to be submitted within 20 days from the delivery date or 45 days from the order date to qualify for credit or replacement. Please contact us here and we will take care of this for you.

Keep in mind that you are responsible for providing a safe place for carriers to leave packages. In case you need to report the theft, USPS takes this seriously, as it is a federal crime. Please report it to USPS here: https://faq.usps.com/s/article/Mail-Theft.

 

6. Requirements for Shipping Address

Please ensure that you provide the correct and safe shipping address at checkout to get successful delivery of your package.

  • For customers living in apartment complexes, kindly ensure the inclusion of the unit number or apartment number in the shipping address.

  • For products with large dimensions exceeding 12 inches such as canvas, frame print, rug, cut metal signs, etc., we regret to inform you that we are unable to deliver to addresses such as PO boxes or parcel lockers, due to the fact that the shipper may leave the package outside the PO box if it does not fit inside the mailbox or request a return for the package to the final post office. Kindly note that this measure above is taken to prevent potential instances of parcels being returned to the sender or mail theft.
     
  • Please contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel. After that, we can't be responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

Note: If a delivery regarding canvas, blanket, bedding set, or pillow product is unsuccessful and is returned to the sender due to the incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the package will be promptly canceled upon their return to our warehouse. Please kindly refer to our policies here.

 

7. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

When receiving your package, if there is any issue such as a damaged item, incorrect or defective item, or missing item… please submit a contact form with a video or images attached of proof here and we will take care of this for you.

8. Other shipping & delivery information

* Shipping multiple orders

Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined.

* Shipping to multiple locations

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address

* Shipping orders include multiple items

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. There’s no extra charge for this.

* Where do we ship your order from?

We ship all orders from our factory partners in the US and Hong Kong.
